Reservations, payment of the service, and boarding
- Reservations must be made in advance to arrange the dates and type of trip that best suits your preferences.
- As for payment, 30% of the total amount must be paid at the time of reservation as a deposit, and the remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer, Bizum, or in cash on the day of departure, but always before boarding (in which case the conditions described in the cancellation section will apply).
- The fixed price includes the specified services.
- The boarding and drop-off point for the trip is the Club Nàutic in Port de la Selva (button to redirect to the location section).
Cancellations
- If the reservation is canceled within two days of boarding, no amount of the deposit will be refunded.
- Velabrava reserves the right to cancel some or all services when weather, operational, or safety conditions make it necessary. In these cases, an alternative date will be proposed to provide the contracted service, and if this is not possible, the full amount paid will be refunded.
- All persons boarding the vessel must strictly accept and comply with the safety rules and the skipper’s instructions upon boarding. If these rules are not followed by passengers, Velabrava reserves the right to suspend the scheduled activity without being obligated to refund the cost of the canceled service or activity.
- The boarding of weapons, drugs, and products that may violate Spanish law is strictly prohibited.
- The rental price includes insurance for the vessel and passengers.
